Our Activities and Programs
CASP is a community organization that focuses on providing after-school enrichment and care for kids from kindergarten to 6th grade. As a local non-profit, we have the opportunity to provide specialized activities and programs geared towards the children in our own community. Our aim is to not only meet needs and provide care, but also to add enrichment to these kids' lives that will impact both their present situations and their futures.
Here is a look at the activities that we offer in our organization!

STEM Activities
Each week our students will take part in enriching STEM activities that introduce them to the world of science and technology. using a program called MindWorks.

Art Curriculum
We use a fun and creative art program from Crayola that ties art activities to lesson that feature math, science, and nature. Each week the students get to create while learning!

Healthy Habits
The San Antonio Food Bank brings a program to CASP that focuses on healthy eating, basic kitchen skills, and meal prep. Through these interactive lessons our kids will develop healthy habits for everyday life.

Presenters & Workshops
CASP brings in a guest speaker or presenter every week to demonstrate a skill or specialty to our kids. This can include things like gardening, animal care, exercise, jewelry-making, or baking.
